Innkeeper / Chef Position!
We seek an outgoing, highly organized & self-motivated couple/single person with chef experience to run our gourmet breakfast program and assist with some inn-keeping duties. Responsibilities may include: creative seasonal menu creation, preparing & serving gourmet breakfasts (for up to 12), preparing & serving dinners, kitchen clean-up, guest services, up-selling event packages & massages, inventory & vendor management, minimal on-line reservation management, and assisting with check-ins. Will have creative control over a high-end private dining and private chef program for small groups of up to 12 customers. This is a unique position with a lot of responsibility and creative license. The ideal candidate will be able to focus energy on perfecting the guest experience in a laid back and classy environment. Hours of work are typically 7:00am to 2:00pm Friday to Monday with flexible hours on Tuesday to prepare for following workweek. Occasional late checkin and dinner service possible. Includes some holidays as demand dictates. Salary is negotiable and includes provided on site living accommodations in partially furnished loft apartment overlooking pool. Utilities, high speed Wi-Fi, company iPhone, and access to amenities are included (movie theater, pool, arcade, grounds etc.) No children, smoking or pets. Must have own vehicle.
